For health concerns I have adopted a vegan diet and am indeed drinking about 4L of water daily. I blend it with fruit or have it as herbal tea for th emost part. My feet hurt when I carry stuff and I´ve noticed a general stiffness of all joints so I´m stretching gently for a minute or two throughout the day.
It will be nice to have a GuardIT product that I can actuall use and by demonstration sell. Now THAT indeed would be a business promotion.
I guess I’ll be back here tomorrow at this cybercafe completing my English International Intro to TEFL course application. I do not want to lose touch with best practices. And even though I am implementing much of what I learned it is really quite time comsuming and pricey since the current school in fact does nto freely provide me with internet access, computer access or copìes. LOL
Hong Kong, yeah. I´d like to hang out there for awhile. I may end up in North Africa or Turkey before I get to Asia…we’ll see. So much depends on either having the bachelors or being in the right place at the right time.
